    Great plugin, it has unlimited options, all is customizable and everything is shown very clear in the dashboard.

    Support is quick, patient and very kind. I am using paid version.

    I was looking for a form plugin and other plugins (maybe more known that this one) ask you to pay annually, but this one is cheaper and lifetime, so…
