Just got charged for a cancelled subscription

Hi, I just got a notification that my card was charged for the Core Extension Bundle, but I cancelled that subscription on June 30 of this year. It’s not showing up in the dashboard, but I can send you the credit card notification. I also can’t open a support ticket on your website since it says I’m no longer subscribed.
