There are certain features that come with Gutenberg that are not available with the classic editor.

However, you have the option to choose between the two for your site. You can revert back to the Classic Editor by deactivating the Gutenberg plugin on your site. Alternatively, you can use a block called Classic Block in Gutenberg as shown in this short video.
