Just doesn’t work

  • Free version Doesn’t work even the manual extraction. They obviously want you to buy the PRO version.

    Can you provide additional details about your issue in the forums? We didn’t see any requests for help.

    99% of the time we can help users with there environment. We do have an excellent track record with over a million active installs so it may have been something in your environment/setup that we have not anticipated. These same issues would have probably happened even with the Pro version as well since they both have a very similar code base.
