  • Haven’t seen any activity from the author since his initial submission last year.

The plugin works for me on 3.6, but apparently he added a feature that also notifies people on the list that a post has been made or updated. There is no way in WP admin to turn this off… I had to go in and strip out that code manually.

    LaneDenson,

Thanks. It would be nice if a developer doesn’t want to support a plugin any longer to simply drop a note under the support area or on the home page of the plugin that says .. “This plugin is no longer being supported – as [the date] and as of [WP version].” That’s just my opinion.

My biggest gripe about WP Plugins is that support from developers quite often goes dead (on free plugins) after some point in time. Personally, that’s why I really don’t like to use plugins that are free .. (even though they are free) because when they crap out .. the only real recourse is to find a different plugin.

Anyhow .. enough of my griping. haha

    Thanks again for your input.

    Gary
