Just completely f***** everything up

Ok, I was trying to change my blog directory, and followed the instrucions here:

I changed the settings in the General section to have my wordpress directory and my blog directory at https://site.com/?page_id=10 (?page_id=10) was the tab I created for my blog.

I then moved all my roots files and directories to a new /?page_id=10 directory. Nothing works now. Is this because of the directory name (?page_id=10), or did I mess something else up?

I can’t login to change my wordpress and blog directory because it just gives me an error now when I try to log in. If I move all my files and directories back to how they were before, how can I log back in to my site and fix this?
