I am trying to download WordPress 3.2.1 on a corporate terminal with high security settings. Our IT guys have tried uploading it to their terminals and then transferring the files to mine, but each file just contains code. We’re not sure if our security settings are preventing us from uploading correctly or if the problem is something else.

Help please!
