Awesome Set Of Wigets Blocks and Sections

  • They’ve got some very clever widgets but I installed on 1 site about a month ago and it caused elementor to stop loading so I had no choice but to disable it (Lite / Free and Pro)
    I built a new site and decided to give it another try on a clean installation because it contains some widgets Essential Addons and Ultimate Add Ons does not have and it brings some new icons ….. I got within 24 hours of launching that site and now here we are with a broken elementor, so I had to disable. Unfortunately that means half my content is gone a 2 pages have no content. 2 weeks of work out the window…

    ***UPDATE Jan 27, 2021***

    After writing this review I wrote to their support team and within a matter of hours had a reply that the issue was caused by an Elementor update but they didnt leave it there. They also instructed me on how to roll back to get everything working again and then a fe hours later had a complete fix to make EK Lite and Pro compatible with the latest major release of Elementor. These guys and their suite of tools deserves all the stars we can give them.

    It’s because of the elementor’s latest version. They clearly stated that “this is a major update, before updating please backup your site or do it on the staging site first.” on the update section of WP. see this – https://d.pr/i/m0SctQ

    We’ve already released a fix for that issue. And it should not lose any of your data as you stated. If you still feeling like losing data, you can always contact our support center, they will do their best to assist you.

    We request to change the rating as it is not mainly our plugin’s issue at all.

    Your support on this was very quick and I’m pleased to report the entire site is back up and functioning again. Thank You. Now I just need to find a way to change the rating back to 5 stars.

    I’ve tried multiple times to change my review, but I keep getting an Error Message that I do not have permission to edit this topic. Essentially what I said was that the not only was the problem caused by an Elementor update, their support team had written to me with instruction on how to revert back and get everything up and running again. By the time I woke up this morning, they already had an update to both their lite and pro version that eliminated the conflict with the the Elementor update. My entire site is now up and fully current. Again the support and responsiveness has been excellent. I had a little heart attack yesterday – but all’s well a few hours later.
