Just bought pro but license never came

  • I’ve just bought the Pro version, but the site just gave a “Sorry, trouble retrieving payment receipt.” message, although the payment has been processed. There is just a contact form, not even a phone number on the Website, where I’ve sent an message that I don’t even know if was delivered.

    I’m waiting for support. It was very expensive in Brazilian Real!
