There are other friendly solutions to solve problems than simply start a new account by giving bad reviews.
It seems that your theme may override some default CSS styles or have other conflicts with TerraClassifieds 3rd party solutions, and your theme is not dedicated to it but for woocommerce.
At first, you should check this option

Giving bad reviews without any consultation is simply destroying. And please remember that real people are working long hours on this project and sending as feedback, bugs, any other issues are really welcome, and we appreciate the effort because it helps us to improve the plugin and follow customers’ needs.
