Just awesome!

After hearing so many good feedback about this company, I decided to invest in this brand new solution. Already out of the box, it packs more functionality than any of the other support plugins out there and there are no limits on agents, tickets etc. This plugin allows me to start monetising support by being able to provide awesome support myself.

In case I do have questions or run into issues, the support staff is very knowledgeable, fast and in case a bug is confirmed, it’s fixed in the next release. So for me it’s a big thumbs up and if you are in need of a support system, my suggestion is to stop looking and go for this one.
