simple, but very nice…
a bit slow on the picture-loading… maybe possibility for thumbnails? Do you use some gallery-script?

Take a look at PixelPost. I’ve just started playing with it and it is very good, especially for uploading a pic or two at a time, for a daily (or less frequent) photoblog. It doesn’t do albums, but then, I didn’t want albums.

Yeah I second that on Pixelpost – small, light, and does the trick beautifuly.
