Just a little confused about setting up Simple Ads Manager

    Hello,

    First of all your plugin looks great and potentially perfect for what I am looking for however I am slightly confused as to how to use it.

    What I would ideally like is a set of ads to appear in a sidebar of my website. These ads would appear depending on certain variables (of which I have seen in the back end). But I just can’t seem to get it to display anything.

    I have added an Ads Place widget to the sidebar, which links to a single place. Within that place I have two adverts, both currently set at a weight of 5. Nothing seems to be appearing in my sidebar though. Widgets are indeed working because I have added the wordpress search just to test.

    Am I using the plugin correctly or have I misunderstood how to use it?

  • To get your Ads in the sidebar, you need to use Ad Blocks.

    Hope this can be helpful for you.

    This is the only thing I succeeded to do with Simple Ads Manager. If I put an Ad in Ad Zones for the Home Page, my ad appears everywhere or nowhere.
