• Hello,

Any suggestions on this issue I’m having would be greatly appreciated!

I have a friends site that uses the Jupiter theme and latest wordpress version that I have installed a booking system on, but the problem is the date picker isn’t working to show the calendar to choose a date.

Annoyingly I was setting up this booking system as a bit of a favour and its now taken up so much of my time and I’m no closer to finding a cure!

Please see below a link to the website page with the booking system.

The booking system works on other websites so it seems to be an issue with the themes css of javascript, but I can’t tell what the problem is so have no idea how to fix it!

If I can’t resolve the issue I’m even thinking about how I can build a webpage outside of wordpress so that I can install the booking system on there and not have it conflicting with the theme css…

    Again, any help is appreciated!

  • Did you solve your problem? I have tens (or hundred now?) man hours invested in my site, all under Jupiter theme, and this is the laconic answer I got from artbees (I wonder if the support guy first worked for some billion$ company, as his answer sounds like the one you get from them)

    My ticket:
I tested a couple of form plugins (Contact Form 7 datepicker, Ninja Forms) that use the jQuery UI datepicker but they do not work. If I disable Jupiter they all work fine.
Any suggestions (apart changing the plugin)? I have someone writing some code based on this and I can’t change plugin (nor theme) at this stage.
    Thank you

    Their answer:
    Hi,
For now Datepicker is not working in Jupiter. Please kindly ask for this as a feature request in our community forums at:

    Thank you and regards,
