Jumps When Adding Links

  • When a post is re-opened to add a link, the editor window jumps to the bottom of the page when adding the link. Replicated in Chrome and Safari.

    Steps:
    1) Open an existing post
    2) Select text in the middle of a paragraph and click the Link icon
    3) Page jumps to bottom of the editor window (link tooltip still displayed)

    I wanted to provide an update that the problem is associated with the custom link component used in the plugin, and it needs to be refactored. Additionally, Gutenberg has similar features built-in by default. I am exploring ways to extend Gutenberg’s new link component. In the meantime, you can deactivate this option, and the default link option should become active, which should resolve the issue.
