Jumping to Section instead of Scrolling (Divi Theme)

Hi,
Im using Divi 2.1.4 from Elegant themes on wordpress 4.0 and the scroll to id works but is jumping to the section instead of the animated scroll.

(It’s the circle button with the arrows where the scroll to id link is at)Any help would be appreciated.
