can you share a screenshot. I cannot locate the issue I am afraid.

Nevermind! I saw it. This is the ajax plugin for the content. Actually that 7px gap is the scrollbar, which appear after the ajax plugin loads. There is nothing you can do besides make always visible (which is not a good solution) or removing the ajax plugin you have for loading the content.

well i added this to my custom CSS:
.mm-slideout {
margin-bottom: 500px;
}

so now there is always a scroll-bar and no more jumping ??
