Jumping just past the linked header

This plugin is exactly what I needed for a knowledge base part of my site. Everything seems to be working perfect except when clicking one of the links in the TOC, it jumps too far.

I think it’s happening because of my persistent header/menu, but I’m not savvy enough to know how to adjust it, and I didn’t see anything in the settings about it.

Edit- I’m an idiot. For those with a reading problem like me, in the advanced settings there is an option to add an offset so your persistent menu/header don’t mess up the scrolling called “Smooth Scroll Top Offset” that works perfectly. Sorry for wasting anyone’s time.
