• Hi,

I’m developing a site locally on my computer, so am unable to provide a link, but the problem is this:

When I refresh the home page, with the full size (2000×1200) header image, the ‘site branding’ (logo, title and subtitle) appear too high, then drops to where I want it; about 20px lower.

How can I stop this jumping header and have the header in the right place on the initial page load?

Thanks for any guidance on the matter.

    Best,
    Matt

Just to add, there is a 1 pixel bottom-border line below the site-branding, that jumps with the site branding on page load.

I could deal with the jumping if I have to, but if so, how to make that 1 pixel bottom border (on the site-branding) go away.

Hopefully there’s someone out there who understands and is willing to take a moment to help with my CSS.

If not, at least thank you for reading this far.

    ?? Best,
    Matt
