Jump/Anchor tags

That’s a pretty good idea. Someone else has requested support for dedicated first and last name fields. That would probably be a prerequisite of this, since you’d most likely expect this kind of UI to link to a staff member’s last name, and that’s currently harder to do.

I’m going to brainstorm on this and will update this thread when I come to a conclusion on if/how I can make this happen.

If you can let me know when you add this function, it would be very useful. I like this plugin. I was thinking that it could be added within a “text” field within the bio. Of course it didn’t work.

What I did for the last name/first name was the last name was the “Title” and I added a new field: First Name

Addition to basic shortcodes

There seems to be no plugin with an A-Z anchor function in a directory anywhere. This plugin seems to be so close to having this. I would love an update if this is possible.

First and Last broken up would be GREAT feature. Might help some sorting issues people might have with not wanting to “display” names Last, First, but still sort that way.
