jump to another page does not work

  • Hi,
    using quark theme here, at first i wanted an anchor link (/test#test) after loading the page right at the anchor position (as wanted) it gets automatically to the top of page.
    I suspect modernizer to give trouble, anyway i tried with your plugin to force this behavior with no luck…
    Any help appreciated
