Jump to a specific section within the same Page or other Page?

Avoiding duplicating information that appear in the particular same website, I need to direct WP to jump to the specific section that appears within the same Page or at the other different Page when user clicking on the given link with labeled texts/ images.

It is rather easy to do it in HTML script. BUT I don’t know to do in WP as it is all wrapped by WP. As such I have knowledge or know-how to put
name> at the specific section for resting/ landing point, and as where can I peek into the script to setup the Link for activating JUMP once the user clicks on the link????
