I am considering purchasing the pro version, but there are a few issues I’ve encountered like the jumbotron size. When I insert an image it doesn’t scale accordingly to the height set. Therefore when scrolling the page you see parts of the image. Also if the height is too high, then you see the image repeating.

How can I scale the image to see the whole thing and remove the repeat?

    Hi there,

The jumbotron is full-width with a set height, and it’s responsive, meaning, it will show as much of the image as possible, within the set height, and the width of the browser. Since the width is variable, the theme will display the image based on the viewport. This is true for any image area where the image is 100% of the browser width.

A suggestion is to select an image that is taller than the height of the jumbotron, this will ensure that the image will not repeat on scroll. Try images that are 1200×800 for example and see what you can come up with.

    Hope this helps !

Good morning. My question is regarding the customization of your Relia Version: 1.0.7 I am facing without success.
My problem is that is not fully responsive at all. I change the picture of the Background Image in the Static Background Image section and it does not work in the different devices that it should work as ipad & mobile (any device of phone IOs & Android) We have been trying to write some php code, ccs, plugins and NOTHING change. I truly appreciate if you can help me. What do I have to do to make it work properly? You promote the theme as fully responsive and according to my experience I am completely disagree. looking forward to hearing from you.

You wrote me in the mail, but still can fix the problem!:
