    The issue may possibly be caused by the theme’s CSS, but the backend for the code is from WordPress. The form is generated by the standard radio button options (public/password protected/private) for the posts.

    Is this regarding a particular plugin or theme?

    The easiest way to determine this would be to deactivate all plugins and switch to the Twenty Fourteen/ Thirteen/ Twelve/ Eleven theme to see if the issue persists.

    Not an option, the site is live. This is a new add on feature.
