jstree and editing issues

  • Hi, I found that the script jquery.jstree.js, which is called from bookaroom.php, is somehow messing up being able to type in the admin editor (page titles, content etc.).

    Dequeuing the script fixes the issue, and it doesn’t appear any functionality is hurt in our case. Am I missing any issues that could pop up later?

  • Wow, thanks. I recently updated the jstree files, too. I’ll look into it.

    Can you tell me if there was an error in your console? (Usually F12 brings it up)

    I’m pretty sure it’s only used in the Closings Admin for choosing single rooms/branches instead of All when creating a closing.

    I don’t see an error message – and frankly I don’t remember how I came to the conclusion it was jstree (it was a while back.) It may have been the process of elimination. I initially commented it out in the plugin file itself, to see if it works. It did and I forgot about it, until it happened again after a recent plugin update. I’m dequeuing it the right way now (in functions.php).
