    Hi Tobias,

Firstly many thanks for a great plugin.

We’re trying to export 600 tables from one install to another using the recommended json format for retaining table IDs. The resulting zip file, though, is corrupted and cannot be opened in windows nor imported to the new install (both installs using v 1.6.1 and hosted on WPEngine).

Wpengine say that the zip command is working just fine and could you offer any advice as to why you think it may be a server issue and if so could you be any more specific than ‘the zip libraries may not be installed correctly (just looking through your previous responses on the issue).

We’ve also tried splitting the tables into blocks for export 10-20-30 at a time but have the same issue.

Any help really appreciated as there are too many to transfer one by one.

    Thanks,

    Jon.

    Hi,

thanks for your question, and sorry for the trouble.

That sounds strange, and I can’t really think of a reason for this at the moment.

If possible, I’d like to take a direct look at this on your site. Could you therefore please create a temporary admin account for me and send me the details via email (the address is in the main plugin file “tablepress.php”)? That way, I can investigate this directly. Thanks!

    Regards,
    Tobias

Hi Tobias – really no need to apologise – it’s a free plugin and has worked fantastically for us.

I’ve sent details as requested ??

    Thanks,

    Jon.
