JSON response as text when clicking on a link

My blog is publishing new articles as a Fediverse instance at https://brucknerite.net/@blog. However, some web clients get a JSON response as text when following a link in a message or even the blog profile. I am not able to reproduce it consistently, nor I’m seeing anything out of the ordinary in my Apache error log. It tends to happen in mobile platforms, but I’ve seen it also in Chrome/W11 (but when I was going to fire the network monitor, reloading made the anomalous behavior disappear).
I’m stumped as to what could I do next. Any pointers?
