json file has errors

  • Goodmorning, the json dowloaded file gives this error in Tag Manager after upload: “The file format is not valid”. Could you please check?

  • Hello @iltimpa2, I just checked and confirmed that everything uploaded correctly. Please ensure you have the plugin updated and are using the correct version of the GTM Container, Version 1.1.

    Hi, thaks for your answer. This is the situation:

    Wodpress 6.7.1

    PixelYourSite plugin free version updated (inslalled yesterday)

    GTM Container Version 1.1

    This is what I see when I try to upload the file into GTM
