JSON Error too many redirects

    This has been working without issues for months.
    All of a sudden cannot select recipients to notifications for custom post types.
    WordPress 9.1
    Plugins all up to date
    Notification v8.0.10

    Steps taken in debugging
    Deactivate all plugins
    Switch themes (Twenty Twenty-One)
    Revert to earlier versions of plugins
    Revert to earlier WordPress v8.3

    Error messages is Dev tools console
