    Hi @marcusradny

Or are you able to log in and troubleshoot this for me?

It is against WordPress forums rules to request or share site credentials.

Can you enable Sandbox mode on your site and PayPal on the cart page so the checkout process can be tested? The “not a valid JSON response” error is usually the result of a 3rd party plugin that’s echoing content in the response, regardless of the request type.

WordPress API requests expect JSON on the response, but if a plugin is printing HTML content regardless of the request type, you will get that error.

    Kind Regards

I too, am getting this error :'(

I thought it was perhaps the geolocate plugin I use for currency, but removing that did not fix the issue.

edit: I run a multisite and had a snippet allowing webp on the network which totally breaks the site (but allows me to upload webp… why can’t I upload webp on a multisite???)

Putting it into safe mode and removing fixed this ??

This won’t be because of a plugin bug. In all the cases I’ve seen related to the JSON error, it’s because of a 3rd party plugin. You will need to do some more troubleshooting with your current list of active plugins.

    Kind Regards
