I had a previous issue which you guys resolved where when I try to save or update a post, it gives me this error: Updating failed. The response is not a valid JSON response.

I deactivated your plugin and everything works fine now. Could you please help me out. I am going to go live with my website in a week and do not want to uninstall it since it is fantastic.

    Thank you

I am not sure if this is because of a clash with another plugin. I recently installed CSS toolbox and updating some other plugins like redux lite, yoast, essential addons for elementor, and monster insights

    Hi,
We haven’t changed anything in the plugin since the last update that fixed it. So, there has to be a recent change in some other plugin. We’ll have a look but I can’t make any promises since this involves debugging issues with other plugins we don’t have control over.

okay please have a look. i am also going to try disabling the rwcently updated plugins so I can tell you and them about the clash.

Okay, I just tried deactivating all the recently updated plugins as well as 1-2 newly added plugins while keeping your plugin active, and the JSON error still appears. It goes away when I deactivate your plugin. So, on my end I cannot locate which plugin it is having a crash with. This started 2 days back

Update: I have found the culprit. It is the plugin WP User Avatar but this plugin was updated 2 months ago. I am not sure why it is giving problems now :/ I am messaging them also but I thought I should let you guys know

@hbk747 are you sure you didn’t uninstall our plugin and install it again from the WordPress repo?

Try to uninstall and install our version that we are still testing to see if this issue goes away: https://u.pcloud.link/publink/show?code=XZWrqlkZovA4mja4AWkM6JILApElSz75YIp7
