json error due to plugin

    unable to update editor content for the pop design, creates json error. no other times this error occur. only when using the plugin

    May I know what Popup Type/Extension you currently has? Please try the following steps below and let me know if you still have the same issue.

    First, try clearing the website with the cache plugin you might have. If that doesn’t help, try reinstalling the plugin.
    In the end, try to check the possible conflict between our plugin and one of the plugins or themes you use.
    Here are the steps to perform:

    To figure that out, may we ask you to deactivate all the plugins you have and in case the issue is fixed, by activating the plugins one by one, locating which plugin causes the conflict.
    With the same logic, please, try to check the conflict between our plugin and the installed themes.
