    Hello,

    At WordPress administration panel, when I click the button [Start listing products] I receive this error message:

    There was an error loading your merchant center setup status. Unexpected token ‘<‘, “<!DOCTYPE “… is not valid JSON

    Is there something I should do to solve this issue?

    Many thanks!

    Hi there @adminiciwp ??

    Thanks for reaching out about this. Let’s troubleshoot it together!

    At WordPress administration panel, when I click the button [Start listing products] I receive this error message:

    There was an error loading your merchant center setup status. Unexpected token ‘<‘, “<!DOCTYPE “… is not valid JSON

    Could you please provide us with a screenshot so that we can see what you are describing?

    If you don’t already have a screenshot service installed, here are a few free options:

    Moreover, to get an idea of how your site is configured, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status, as exemplified here? Once you’ve done that, you can paste it here or into our https://quickforget.com/ service and send that secret link here.

    Looking forward to hearing from you!

    Hello adminiciwp

    Thank you sharing more details.

    As a first step, please try the following:
    Disconnect the existing connection, to do that please head to https://YourSiteURL/wp-admin/admin.php?page=connection-test-admin-page

    Locate the “Merchant Center” click on MC Disconnect, go to the “Google Account” and click Disconnect Google Account.

    Then you can reconnect the extension, open your site’s WP-Admin, go to Marketing > Google Listings & Ads, and connect again to your Google/Merchant Center account, please make sure to grant all requested access:

    Please let me know how it goes. ??

    Best regards.

    Hi Zubair.

    Step 1 (Disconnect the existing connection). Got this message:

    Response

    Request:  DELETE /wc/gla/mc/connection

    Status:   200

    Response: {

        “status”: “success”,

        “message”: “Merchant Center account successfully disconnected.”

    }

    Step 2 (Disconnect Google Account). Got this message:

    Response

    {“status”:”disconnected”}

    Step 3 (reconnect the extension). Got the same error message (above-mentioned).

    The WooCommerce window (to grant all requested access) did not appeared.

    Many thanks for your time.
