@goldenkent If you believe you are experiencing an issue with a plugin, it is general courtesy to start a thread in the support forum which we monitor and respond to regularly.

Simply writing a 1 star review without engaging with the authors to determine if there really is an issue, and even if the issue is with the plugin in question is really not in the spirit of WordPress and its plugins.

We developers spend an extensive amount of time creating, maintaining and supporting our FREE products. And we certainly have a great deal of confidence in our own plugin. It is frustrating that someone like you, whose only contributions here are two 1 star reviews acts in this manner.

If you want to share information within the support forum on what you believe the issue to be, then we would be more than happy to help. Otherwise, perhaps reconsider your review of our plugin.
