• Hi,
I have problem with order confirmations. It actually complete the order, but didn’t grant access to the downloadable files. It happens on the latest version, it was working fine on the previous version.
Order Notes: “Error during status transition. Did not receive a JSON reply from the API server.”
    Thanks

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi,
Have you added the snippet to refresh the page after the payment is detected? It’s necessary to automatically grant access to downloadable files after the payment is detected.

    https://mycryptocheckout.com/doc/snippets/refresh-page-after-payment-complete/

If that doesn’t help you say the payment is being automatically detected though?

I did add it lately, but on 2.52 I didn’t use it and plugin was working good. I’ve added it on 2.53, but it doesn’t grant access to downloadable files.
Order Notes: “Error during status transition. Did not receive a JSON reply from the API server.”
When I downgrade to 2.52, download files are granted like a charm.

I’ve tested it with ETH payments and Metamask button.
But from customers I know, that 2.53 has the problem at least with ETH, ETC and XVG. 2.52 is fine though, at least ETH and ETC.

    Any idea? Thanks.

I’d love to see this for myself. Could you e-mail me with the appropriate info?

    What is appropriate info?
2.52 access granted to download file
2.53 access is not granted to download file

    2.52 No errors
2.53 Error during status transition. Did not receive a JSON reply from the API server.

I didn’t tried it wihtout other gateways. I use XMR, RYO and Cryptowoo, but everything is fine with 2.52.

A login in order to enable debug mode and see what is happening on the backend.
