jsDelivr CDN and CloudFlare Problem

From what I understand it’s okay to use both at the same time. I have been using both for a while and I don’t remember ever having any problems with them. Today I decided to go in and scan the website again and everything went away (there were quite a few entries before) and now it only lists 2 entires both of which are ajax.cloudflare.com/cdn-cgi/blablabla

Is there a recent conflict between CloudFlare and jsDelivr or am I missing something?
