Get a fresh cup of coffee, take a deep breath and carefully follow this guide. When you’re done, you may want to implement some (if not all) of the recommended security measures.

If you’re unable to clean your site(s) successfully, there are reputable organizations that can clean your sites for you. Sucuri and Wordfence are a couple.

I’m not sure how that’s an answer to my question.

Basically, you need to examime wp-config.php to make sure it’s not hacked, then delete and replace every .php file with clean versions.

I have given you a method of cleaning your site.

You say “nothing works”. Please explain exactly what you’ve done to try to fix your site.

Since you don’t seem to be willing to read the docs, here’s an outline of what you need to do:

    1. Make a list of all plugins you use.
    2. Download a new copy of your theme.
    3. Delete all files from wp-content/plugins, wp-content/themes, wp-admin and wp-includes
    4. Delete all .php files except wp-config.php from your site’s root.
    5. Delete any .php files in wp-content/updates and subdirectories
    6. Download a clean copy of WordPress from www.remarpro.com
    7. Unzip wordpress and upload it to your site.
    8. Reinstall your theme.
    9. Going through your list of plugins, reinstall them all.
