JS warning and error on admin pages

Thanks for this plugin Elliot. Very simple and easy to use!

I’m getting a JS console warning and error on all admin pages, aside from SCT’s settings page.

In testing I found the fixes to be simple and both in the function cfturnstile_script_enqueue:

The error by enclosing everything in the function in an if statement to check the hook_suffix so the JS and CSS is only enqueued on the SCT settings page.

The warning by making the ver argument null instead of an empty string when enqueueing api.js.

Could you consider making these changes in an upcoming release? Thank you!
