JS support ticket

Hello,
If I open the ticket, I don’t see the Delete icon to delete the ticket in frontend page. Ticket has no answers or comments. In the settings, the user is allowed to delete the ticket but still does not see the Delete icon. Only an administrator can delete a ticket. What’s the problem?
Even the agent does not see the Delete icon in frontend. I only see her if I log in as an administrator in Joomla.
