JS support ticket

    Hello,
    If I open the ticket, I don’t see the Delete icon to delete the ticket. Ticket has no answers or comments. In the settings, the user is allowed to delete the ticket but still does not see the Delete icon. Only an administrator can delete a ticket. What’s the problem?

    Hi,

    Ticket delete is available only to admin and agents.

    User can only close the ticket.

    Even the agent does not see the Delete icon. I only see her if I log in as an administrator in Joomla.
