JS seems not loading

    Hi,
    I try to make an form work with the plugin.
    But when I submit my form, I’ve blank page with -1.
    When I check JS script in browser console, mailin-front.js not seems to be loaded.

    Can you help me ?

    I load my form by this code:

    <div class="form-content"><?php echo do_shortcode('[sibwp_form id="3"]'); ?></div>

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]
