    Hello there dear support team!
I see a lot of direct traffic in Google Analytics. My best guess: the page is reloaded via js after user startet do scroll down. I think this redirected traffic is interpreted as direct traffic in GA. I guess this is called a no-referrer redirect?

Is there a way I can fix this? I lost trust in my GA data :/

    Best regards

    Hi @pansenschim,

The reload after accept feature can be implemented via JS only, thus we don’t have any choice to modify it. You can turn off auto-reload after accept under General > Others tab. Please note that the script will be reloaded after a page reload or if the user moves to another page in the site.

Hello there @webtoffee, thanks for your reply!
I tried it without the page reload but this causes different problems with my Analytics-data. Im not sure about this, but lets say the problem was caused by missing referrer data in JS page reload: is there a way to fix this?

    Best regards

    Hi @pansenschim,

We are planning on an update to remove the page reload and implement a Javascript-based solution. We have already released it for premium version now.
