    Ehy,
Nice work here this is very nice plugin, the best among free plugins imho.
Anyway i’m experiencing some problems since last 3/5 days on my 3 blogs.
JS overview charts is stopping showing user access while i still can see daily traffic on “Traffic at a glance” table. It logs visitors but JS charts don’t show last days data.
I’m using JSDelivr’s CDN, provided by your link tracking options, on 2 out of my 3 blogs. I was using it on all my blogs since the first day.
I’m not our main server admin and he’s trying to solve this server side but without any clue.
    How can we solve this?
Or how can we just query your DB tabs to export the number of daily visits day by day.
    Thanks for everything!

    Hi,

thank you for your kind words. Can you go to Settings > Reports and change the option Default Time Span from “Days” to “Month”? Does that solve the problem?

    Jason

    Hello,

I had the same problem (JS overview). Changing the “Days” to “Month” solved it.

    Great plugin and support ??

    Hi again,
    here’s the situation:

    Blog n°1
    JSDelivr’s CDN switched off
    Tracks the number of visitors
    Map not working

    Blog n°2
    JSDelivr’s CDN switched on
Stopped tracking the number of visitors on 25th of august
    Map not working

    Blog n°3
    JSDelivr’s CDN switched on
    Tracks the number of visitors
    Map seems working

    AFTER Default time Span

just blog n°1 & n°3 has the map working
it added also 2 new lines “Access 07/17” and “unique IP 07/17” showing 0 visits all the month. Now there are 4 lines in the graph…
i’ll try to investigate about blog n°2 maybe an internal problem, i’ll mark as solved in this case
Is there anyway a query to export the number of users on DB?
    Thanks again

@gongwp, so just to understand, you’re saying that changing the Default Time Span from ‘Days’ to ‘Month’ solved the problem for you?

Is there anyway a query to export the number of users on DB?

You can use phpMyAdmin to access your database tables.

    Best,
