I have set the LiteSpeed Cache Page Optimization to have JS Minify ON. Website works without issues. However, whenever I run GTmetrix, I see a recommendation that says I need to minify my js files (see enclosed). I have purged the cache and done everything i know how to do, but I still get this message.

After clearing my browser cache, I see far fewer, but some still are there:

Hi,

Well , few Byte are just probably a white space or line breaker , you can safely ignore it,

for now there is nothing we can do about it but I will advice our devs to looking into this though.
