JS Hover – Attached to wp-caption

    I am trying to display text with a JS hover This URL is the best example if you scroll down to their portfolio section and hover over the image you will see a description.

    What I am trying to do is to take the Caption from wp-admin images and have it displayed where they have the text displayed. Any help would be appreciated.
