Js Help Desk interferes with my login

    `Hello support team,

    Create a popup with elementor on my site, it happens that when a user enters their wrong data at login or if data that does not exist are entered, the page begins to load and redirects the client to the support page that is installed for this plugin, so I don’t know what might be happening because I don’t have any kind of redirection to that specific url, my redirect is directed to my account page in woocommerce.

    Everything happens from the main url of my site to the login button, the problem only occurs when you want to login but does not fail when a new registration is made.

    I appreciate your help in this.

    Hi,

    Here is a small fix that disable redirect.
    In future versions, we make it proper.

    Edit
    ../wp-content/plugins/js-support-ticket/includes/jsst-hooks.php

    Find on line number 7
    add_action('wp_login_failed', 'jssupportticket_login_failed', 10, 2);

    Replace with
    //add_action('wp_login_failed', 'jssupportticket_login_failed', 10, 2);
