JS folder is very large and has old files, it is not cleaning.

In my case it’s the JetEngine and JetSearch plugins that are causing this:

I don’t see an ID or Class that I can add in Delete, what do I do in that case?

please use jetSearchSettings as exclude string

the TTL is for page cache , it’s not related to optimized JS files

But doesn’t adding elementorFrontendConfig mean that the optimization of this string will be ignored?
It seems that now the opposite is happening.

Maybe it would be a good idea to think about having a trigger that cleans up old JS to avoid having to worry about this optimization.
