JS file is included on every page

    I noticed that you include the JS file of the script on every page, and therefor admin-ajax.php is also called on every page load.

    Only including the JS file on the proper checkout page would be a huge win, and isn’t too difficult to do. If you want I can provide you with the code to do that.

    I’ve just released a new version for the plugin and it includes a fix for this issue, the plugin functions now calls only on checkout.

    Let me know if you have any feedback.
