JS error on floating cart since update

Since updating recently – the floating total is gone and there is an error in console:

at HTMLDocument.dispatch (jquery.js?ver=1.12.4-wp:3)
at HTMLDocument.r.handle (jquery.js?ver=1.12.4-wp:3)

As of right now the site is non-functional waiting to see what is wrong with it. We disabled caching and tested as well as other plugins.
