Js error: LC does not work

My theme is customized not have any active plugin only has css files (only Akismet and Hello Dolly, are disabled).

Symptom:
– I can not drag and drop items in the edit bar to edit pages.

Error popup:
– Live Composer returned JS error
Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘init’ of undefined
File “https://quitexacolors/wp-content/plugins/live-composer-page-builder/js/builder.all.min.js?ver=1.1.3”, line 3, char 531

Output Console:
– jQuery(…).mediaelementplayer is not a function
